Super delicious food. Very nice service. There were longer waiting times, but this was due to the staff shortage due to COVID 19. The ambience is very nice, even if it is more suitable for lunchtime, as it is very bright and the evening flair is somewhat lacking. Will definitely eat there more often. ❤️

We didn't like the ambience that much, as the room looks very large and a bit unfinished. The pinsa was good, but unfortunately not completely hot and the starter platter consists mainly of pickled ingredients. But it was still quite good. The waiter was super friendly, but he served in sweatpants and that's not possible!

Saturday night. The place was quite full. Ordering and getting the drinks really took some time. What came next was definitely worth the wait. The pinsa were delicious and the primitivo was excellent too. In the end we let the super-friendly service persuade us to half a pinsa with Nutella and banana. Was the delicious culmination of the evening. Ambience rather simple, young, mixed crowd and very nice food. Would definitely come back again.

The food is always delicious, but prices are excessive. Waiting times are borderline. Staff is more than questionable. Maybe a training or something similar would be. appropriate. While the lady in the kitchen gives everything and was visibly stressed, the staff danced through the shop, turned up the music (everything from Maya the Bee to Malle hits was there) and made a fool of himself, not a trace of respect for the guests everyone's thing.

Has been there with my girlfriend several times and we have been very satisfied every time. You don't have to wait long for your meal and the pinsas are delicious. Mega nice and friendly staff, you feel right at home. The only small point of criticism is that the seating is not that cozy, but that is not bad and is okay for a few hours. We will come back in any case.

La Pinseria has a great atmosphere and you feel very comfortable when you enter the shop. The staff is very friendly. The choice of pizzas is special because they are really creative with the combinations. I subtract one star because the price is a bit higher for a pizza.

We came here for dinner after reserving on open table. The restaurant ambience is not really welcoming on first glance, but it seems more like some hang out with the harsh yellow lighting and cheap furniture. However that being said, the staff is super friendly and the food is very delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend coming here or even getting takeaway (which seems to be very popular). The staff is not a trained wait staff per se, but they are still warm and friendly. I would come here again and urge everyone to make a reservation before arriving as space is limited. Many people were being turned away due to no space.

We decided to try la Pinseria because I was looking for a good pizza-like in Ludwigsburg. The place itself did not impress me so much, it quite a mix of decorative style that do not give the impression of cosiness. And it is difficult to understand what they really aim to be: a pizzeria? a fast food? a trattoria? Let's say that from the interior design is difficult to understand. We ordered 2 pinse with different tastes just to try a bit. The dough was light and crunchy, it was clear that the growing process was performed longer and it was easy to digest. What left me disappointed was the content. In both cases, excluding the spicy salami that would have been spicy in any case, the content lacked completely taste. If I would have eaten blindly I would not have been able to understand the difference between the 2 pinsa. Overall I think that a couple of things can be definitely improved.

Pizza Bread was not so fluffy and soft, waiting time was more. Food I ordered was vegetarians pizza expected lots of vegetable. Food was edible and delicious.

They have a nice selection & are conveniently located. The service is fast, friendly & efficient. They also have outdoor seating. It is a bit noisy inside, but not too much & didn't make me feel uncomfortable. This is a very casual & popular place, would recommend to call & reserve up front, especially for groups of 4 or more. As for recommendations, everything is good, that makes deciding what to order hard! I would definitely recommend the beer served in the cold stone mug (Steinkrug), I don't remember the name of the beer.

When it comes to pizza, the 485 degree from Cologne has brought me to the traces of the original Neapolitan pizza, the Pinseria now to the tradition from Rome. The 485Grad sells and presents itself much better than the Pinseria does. In the Pinseria you can experience e.g. almost nothing about the origin of the high quality ingredients. There are also no wines worth mentioning. And the interior is modern, but remains inconsistent and uncomfortable. The Pinsa tastes great, but there is still a lot of work to do to market it so that the concept gets off to a flying start.
